Damian is one of the more hardcore Luchadores. He is among the rudos(bad guys, or "heels" as we call them in America), and he and Halloween(Ciclope) became famous for their Hardcore wrestling style.
Damian was born in Tijuana. His real name is unknown. However, we do know that he began working at local shows in Tijuana circa 1982, and began working for AAA in the early '90s. He is around 5'10" and 215 pounds, and his finisher is called the "Flying Splash." His other identities have included Damian 666, Ultraman 2000, and Galaxy.
His first title was the WWA World Trios, which he held with Kiss and Aguila de Americano. They first won the titles from the American Mercenaries on December 20, 1991, in Tijuana. It is unknown when or whom they lost them to. Their second reign began around November, 1995, and once again it is unknown whom they were won from or lost to. Damian's first singles gold was the IWAS Light Heavyweight Title. He became the first champion in the division on January 31, 1996, by defeating Octagon. He lost the belt to Mascara Sagrada Jr. on June 2, 1996, but won it back nineteen days later. His second reign ended in 1998, when he lost to Black Demon. He has also held the WWA World Middleweight Title(from March to July 1996) and the WWA National Welterweight Title(dates unknown.)
After several years of working in AAA, Damian landed in WCW late in 1996. He had to drop the "666" part of his name-yes, Damian is not allowed to have a satanic gimmick, yet Konnan is allowed to tell others to "toss his salad and peel his potato." Does that make sense? Anyway, due to the fact that Sting also wore face paint, and WCW did not want to look like it had stolen the idea(Damian HAS been wrestling longer than Sting), Damian became Galaxy. As Galaxy, Damian was a complete jobber, but in 1997 that gimmick was scrapped and he became Damian once again, though still no triple-6. On June 2, 1997, Damian and good friend Ciclope(who had wrestled as Halloween in Mexico) actually defeated Harlem Heat, albeit with some help from the Steiners. Then, three weeks later, Damian and La Parka defeated the Public Enemy in semi-clean style(no outside interference, though La Parka did wax one of the Public Enemy with a chair.)
Damian remained in his jobber status, putting over other wrestlers and wrestling in the Lucha Libre-style trios matches, until late in 1998. During a match with Hector Garza, Damian was asked by Eddy Guerrero to join the "Latino World Order"(LWO), which he did. As time went on of Damian being in the LWO, he eventually dropped the face paint. However, around New Year's 1999 Eddy was severely injured in a car accident, and the LWO was broken up by Ric Flair. Since then, Damian has returned to his jobber status, which is bad. He's also returned to wearing face paint, which is good.
